Phil Andrus first became associated with Century 21 – Crossroads in 2009 but left in 2011 to live abroad. He returned to the U.S. and Missouri in 2017. He settled in Missouri because it is a great place to live and he re-joined the Crossroads team because of the solid core values of the company. While enjoying all aspects of real estate, he especially enjoys working as a buyer’s agent where he has the opportunity to make new friends, help them find their dream home, and get them off to the right start in a new community.

Ed Montero is a licensed Realtor with Century 21 Crossroads.  He has an unique set of skills that help his clients achieve their real estate goals.  Whether negotiating multi-million dollar deals for major clients in the wireless/telecom industry or helping a first time owner find their dream home, he provides big city experience with small town service. Ed finds fulfillment in helping others and has a passion for real estate. He holds a graduate degree, has worked as a property adjuster, flipped several homes, worked in the wireless industry and other related real estate fields.  Ed is energetic, detailed oriented, and a natural self starter.  He is a proud resident of northwestern Missouri and loves living in the country. When he is not assisting his real estate clients, he spends free time with family, volunteering at church, remodeling projects, and reading.
